Service Learning Leadership is a part of the Leadership Department at Peninsula High School. Much like other departments separated by subjects such as Math, Science, English, PE, etc., our Leadership Department meets for planning sessions and collaborates on projects. All of the faculty in the department also teach other subjects and/or have other responsibilities on our campus. We also have an administrator who oversees our department and supports our projects.

If your school is not interested in creating another department, Service Learning could also exist on its own or within the Social Science or Elective Departments. It also works in collaboration with your ASB or Student Council.
