Willenberg 2019

Updated: Feb 22

On December 18, 2019, Service Learning Leadership visited Ernest P. Willenberg Special Education Center to celebrate the holidays and spread some love and cheer. Alongside ASB, Best Buddies, and all of our dance teams, we were stationed in classrooms playing games and activities with all of the Willenberg students. The day consisted of performances from talented students on campus, new friendships made, and the opportunity to serve others in ways greater than ourselves. The entire day revolved around bringing genuine happiness and smiles to all. This annual tradition is one of the highlights of the year and we are looking forward to next year where we can make more memories with some of the most wonderful students.

"The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear!"
