UC Course Approval

This is the first course of its kind to have UC course approval in California. We are so thrilled that students are able to fulfill part of their "G" elective credits for college admissions with this course--and we hope untold amounts of schools will adopt and implement the course for their campus!

If your school plans to adopt the Service Learning Leadership course, please let me know by emailing myrickh@pvpusd.net and then follow the proper channels with your school district. If you would like to visit and see how we do things in Peninsula's SLL class, you are most welcome to do so! We would be glad to host you at your convenience. I will also happily share the UC approval documents and course syllabus when you visit and/or via email.

As of July 2016 a continuing level of SLL--Service Learning Leadership 2--has also been UC/CSU approved. This course will serve as the next level for students who complete SLL and want to continue with the course for the 2016-2017 school year, SLL 1 and 2 will be taught during the same class period as we prototype the level course.
